I joined awarenet last year which was 2016 in grade 8,since then there has been such a change in my life which led me to know things i did not know

my first day at awarenet i met teachers from Germany and they thought us about where they come from and how they live in their place. from that day i learned that it is nice meeting new people and sharing what they have and do. again i learned to take care of the place i am living in which led us to take photograph in polluted areas.

health and fitness

Health and fitness is all about taking care of yourself and looking good in a means of exercising and eating healthy food . jogging is the most good thing to improve your fitness and eating fruit and vegetable improve your health.

where i live there is a lady who never think and thought about her health because she always eats fats and oil which are not good for her health but the is a local gym and people are advising her to go with them but she is too shy to go..

Clans names and their role in creating a positive self esteem.
