Todays training session was a bit different to the usual running session a little spice was added.The girls did there normal 10 minutes of warm up running around the field were after they did a bit of "BOOT CAMP"Sit Ups,Push Ups,Star Jumps and so more it was quite a work out for these girls not being use to this!But the fitter you become the tougher you get!
