Depression - What is it ?

Depression is the state of when someone is physically,emotionally and mentally tired. Depression has a variety of symptoms like panic attacks doing everyday things, also feeling under pressure and frightened. Symptoms do not occur overnight they happen gradually. This is an illness and often people make the mistake of saying it is not, there are a lot of ways to cure it after being diagnosed with depression. Depression medication, psychologists or social workers are all part of the solution. Many people do not realise they are depressed until the illness is extremely progressed.Immediate help is important.
