My Traditional African Game

My Favourite Traditional African Game is ''UGQAPSI''.I love playing uGQAPSI with my friends aspecially when i was a kid i was always woke up early in the morning after i ate my porrige and went to my friends to play with them ugqapsi.So ugqapsi keeps you a well exercise toyour body because you jump when you play ugqapsi it makes your blood warm and stay strong.
