Substans Abuse

Substans abuse are the most un-cool theings that a person can do because the people u think u know can terrn their backs on u.A person can get addected on to something and they don't know it like coffey,coka-cola.So u may be out of line abouet what i'm saying it's like u can't start a day with out having a coke or u can't concerntrate at what u are doing.
