The type of food that i have tasted is one of the kind STEW.This STEW is one of the best,it tastes and smell good.It's easy and fast to do anyone can do it.It also something to do when you are in a rush.you can have many different flavours like my flavour soup+stock and i like to call it ''ss''

HOW 2 PREPARE STEW

It's a very easy thing to do you put some meat,vegetables,soup,stock,oil you heat up your pot and start putting 1 by 1 in the pot then you cook it for about 1hour
