A talk by Thando about Karate

Thandoxolo came to the grade:7's in Good Shepherd Primary School to talk about his karate journey when he was eleven years old.He stared his training in Tantyi hall, he was trained by his sensei Zwelakhe and he traveled a lot.He told us as grade:7's about his medal's he said it was "browns and gold", he even showed us.He demonstrated how to protect ourself's in the streets and he showed us how to do karter.
