fitness exercise

the guy i chose is doing push ups with weights and its realy cool i wish i could do it.Pushups help your muscles to grow and make them stronger ,and it could help with your ABS to be fine so you could never get weak .You have to exercise for maybe 2/3 times a week or everyday if you please your self until your muscles get big.And thats why we should do pushups and exercising.
