In order to live a healthy lifestyle you should eat more like a vegetarian and don't eat junk food and always exercise. Eating fruits and vegetables will give you the minerals you need in order to stay healthy and making sure that you drink about 7 glasses of water per day will increase your metabolism.
Exercise will keep you strong and fit.The more you exercise the healthier you stay which means that you will probably live long,and it will prevent you from getting certain illnesses.
Stay away from acids and things that contain fat in it.
