my fourite South African food is amagwinya

My favourite South African food its amagwinya.I love to eat amagwinya because it is have a nice smell it have lot of oil .Most of people dont love to eat amagwinya when they hot because they heartburn.Ingreints its floor,sugar,salt,water and dry yeist.
