Internet connection troubles

Steps to follow when the Internet is not working at the schools that belong to the Rhodes network:

1. Talk to the contact educator at the school. In Nombulelo Secondary School the contact educators will be Mrs Rhoxo, Ms Maneli & Miss Lukwe; At Nathaniel Nyaluza Secondary School the contact educator is Mrs Planga; at Benjamin Mahlasela Secondary School the educators are Mr Koffie & Mr Biyana; Mary Waters it is Mr Accom & Mrs Funeka Jacob; at C.M Vellem Primary School the educator is Mrs Mene. The other schools (T.E.M Mrwetyana, Ntsika Secondary & Khuhliso Daniels) all work at Nombulelo so we don't have to worry about the contact educator in this instance.

2. You need to reboot the router. Switc off then switch on and wait five minutes before trying the Internet again.

3. If the Internet still does not work you need to call either Bradley Canie or Ingrid Sieborger on 046-603 8291 (that's at the Computer Science Exchange office).
