healthy eating habits is not confusing or as restrictive as many people image.The essentail steps are eat mostly foods derived from plants like vegetables,fruits,whole gains and legumes[beans,peas,lentils]processed foods .here are we guidelines for building our heathy diet.we can eat healthy food is because we can get energy and dont think when you eat bugurs you are going to be fit or get energy.
