healthy eating habits is not confusing or as restrictive as many people image.The essentail steps are eat mostly foods derived from plants like vegetables,fruits,whole gains and legumes[beans,peas,lentils]processed foods .here are we guidelines for building our heathy diet.we can eat healthy food is because we can get energy and dont think when you eat bugurs you are going to be fit or get energy.

my sporting idol is simphiwe tshabalala.i like simphiwe tshalala because he is a sport man who is not go to drugs.simphiwe tshabalala is man who is a hero in south africa .simphiwe tshabalala is a xhosa guy who is not gona change his langaunge.He is a black sport man who is a player in suoth africa .he starts play soccer when he was young. he grow up with out shoes and he wanted end up school because he see his friends not go to school.look at him now he is a hero.
