Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can be negative effect on a persons thoughts behavior,feelings,world view and physical well being.

What are the causes of depression ?
There are a number of factors that may increase the chance of depression,including the following abuse,certain medications,conflict,death or a loss genetics, major events and events and other personal problems

Who is likely to to get depression ?
Teens are more likely to get depression

What are the symptoms of depression ?
*sitting alone
*sadness
*emptiness
*interfering with your ability to work,eat,sleep and have fun

How can we prevent depression ?
depression may not be preventable thats because depression may be triggered by chemical malfunctioning in the brain however the latest medical studies confirm that good health and the diet and hanging around good people

or major depressive disorder is a medical illness that causes sadness to most people.

2)WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF DEPRESSION?
Alcohol and narcotics,social phobia,panic disorder also post traumatic stress disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder it is caused by a combination of factors(genes).

(3)WHO IS LIKELY TO GET DEPRESSION?
People who are mostly depended on alcohol
People who suffer from:HIV/Aids,heart disease,stroke,cancer and diabetes.

(4)WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION?
Signs and symptoms maybe experienced by many people. Symptoms can be,anxiety and emptiness,a general feeling of pessimism,feeling hopeless,restless,irritability and loss of interests.

(5)HOW CAN WE PREVENT DEPRESSION?
You may ask your doctor for physical examination.You must always be surrounded by friends and family.

Depression is someone that is feeling sad,upset or doesn't want to speak to anyone.The sensation usually passes after a few days,weeks,months or even years.However a person with a depressive disorder clinical depression find that their state interferes with his daily life

People are still not sure depression.Some people say depression is caused by a combination of the factors,such as the person with experience and psychological factors like loss of family member or love one, thinking negative things e.g that you will not make it maybe to the exams etc

Symptoms of depression can be: drinking too much alcohol ,dependence on drugs. etc

5. How can you prevent depression?

By talking to someone, a care-giver or family member; by writing your feelings on a journal book; Taking a long walk or a run perhaps for 30 minutes and also eating healthy food.

The ways of fighting is for you to exercise at least 15 to 30 minutes by taking a long walk,bike or dancing
