DEPRESSION can be cured she said all we need to do is to rise awareness,depression involves your body,your moods and your thoughts. It affects the way you eat and sleep the way you think about things in the world. Depression is not the same as ordinary everyday blues or sadness that we feel sometimes,it is not a sign of weakness and it cannot be wished away. People with depression cannot just pull themselves together and get better.

Depression is a Illness and not a disease,depression can happen to anyone and at anytime but serious depression only develop over a longer period of two weeks.Depression is treatable but it can become long term illness lasting for weeks,months and even years,If not treated when first discovered.The symptom of depression is sometimes very noticeable the depressed person is always moody lives in a very negative world and has anger outbursts at anytime of the day the person isolates himself from the world and people.He/Her is always tired has no energy and wants to sleep most of the time.A drop in weight and loss in appetite are probably also a good indication that the person is severely depressed,most people that fall depressed are treated for depression.When you notice the first sign of depression you need seek professional help ASAP.Treating Depression is curable places you can go to to treat depression is to your local house doctor were he will put you onto treatment like tablets.Another option for treating depression
is going to a physiologist to talk to him or her about the problem then from their onwards the physiologist to diagnose problem and recommend treatment
