Depression
Depression affects ones daily living, firstly I feel depressed when I don't achieve a set goal. Failure to achieve the goal makes me feel that I'm useless, worthless, lazy and very emotional. When I am depressed I don't want to be around people, I prefer locking myself in my room and contemplating on what could have gone right or how can I improve the situation. I often become moody even the small things that would not "tick me off" on a normal day become a big issue when I am in "depressed mode". What I have discovered though is that laughter often lightens the load of depression, after a good laugh I usually feel better. I have never reached a point were I felt suicidal though. I also realized that when one feels depressed, the worse thing is to fill one's mind with negative thoughts.
So when feeling depressed try to laugh as much as possible, fill your mind with positive thoughts rather than negative ones and keep in mind that it always gets better with time.

Nombulelo Learners Going Hard!
Okay, Hip Hop music is the bizz especially when it spits 'vernom'(used here to represent the truth) lyrically! The AwareNet Theme Song is an epitome that this type of genre (contrary to popular belief) is not all about the negative things in life (i.e. gangs, drugs and the lot). I'm very humble to have been part of this project.
Are you Aware yet?!

World crisis, poverty and inequality
The world is in a state of crisis as poverty dominates societies around the world. Inequality is almost seen as 'normal' as all societies are inequal. People have accepted the inequality which exists not by choice but becase, they have no power of changing the status quo.
The rule of society is: the rich get riched by exploiting the poor while the poor get poorer as the gap between the rich and poor continues to increase. By poor being people cannot make things happen for themselves and their families and this creates a society where poverty is perpetuated over and over again.
People are being dehumanised by poverty and tend to take part ion crime, prostitution and other illegal activities as a way of not only dealing with the hardships of life by as a way of making sense of a wolrd which favours the few (rich) over the many (poor). The will to be something is taken away from poor people and this violates the many rights people have.
It is the action of people as a collective (poor and rich), that will address this injustice.
