healthy eating habit

 when you want to be healthy you must eat vegetable and other healthy stuff. and you must exercise everymorning.if you eat stuffs like humbarges and many more just know that you are not healthy . healthy is good because you do everything that you want,and even if you go for jogging every morning its the one those are healthy.
