love is something we were meant to share not to keep it to our selves all alone love knows love grows bigger than before

Freedom and peace goes together without love and peace there will be no freedom because we believe in love and peace we live in them day by day

TRIED AND TESTED

MY fAVOURITE dISH-Stwe i like it because i enjoy it and it is to cook it more specialy on sundays.

HOW TO PREPARE-hot cooking oil add onion and peppers then add spice cook it for 5 min.

INGREDIENTS-1 onion,green pepper a red pepper spoon oF rafer or spice of chicken,
