My idol

My idol

My idol is Proveb, the reasons I chose him it's because I like his style and the way he raps, his songs always brings a message other than the other musicians I know they just sings for themselves, I always find it hard to understand their stories.

Another thing about Proverb when he raps he includes something from the bible, which is the good thing to us as teenagers.Other peolpe like to listen to people that when they ap they always used rude language and they expact us to buy their music.

Other musician/rapers even show us their music videos smoking weed drinking different and expensive alcohol which is not a good image to us.

I can see that Proverb to his home they taught him a good thing, to respect other if you want to be respected. The message that I will never forget that proverb said to his interview "Success does not come cheap, you must earn it".

My favourite sport

My favourite sport is basketball. The reasons I like that sport is that it is not as bad as football, rugby or soccer you name it, where you can be injured very badly and all they can say is sorry.

In basketball, yes you can be injured but it's imposible for a basketball player to have a broken arm, leg or ribs.I personally chose basketball ages ago.I always watch every game at home.

I used to go in every practise at Indoor Sport Center to practise with other older friends of mine I wanted to join the team but I was the only one who was at my age and all team mates were older to me, so I kept learning some new moves.

I used to have a dream of being the best basketball player in the whole wide world and being into that team made me forget all the wrong things I used to do, people I used to hang up with.

Easter

-What are my plans for the Easter?
My plans for the Easter are to just chill at home playing good music alone, because everyone at home will be on church and I am in S.D.A(Seventh Day Adventist church). and we don't go to church in Easter.

-What is Easter all about? (History)
I don't really know but I think it's all about going to church and getting to know more about God and how He died for our sins to be forgiven. And praise the Lord for the things he did for us to live in this world.

-Do you have special Xhosa traditions for Easter?
I think we do have special traditions, but I'm that guy who hardly follow rules of traditions nor go to traditional occasions.People say it's not great thing not go to traditional occasions, I say hell no I just like the urban way.I don't say it's wrong but not for me hey.

My holiday and plans for the next term

MY HOLDAY.
My holiday was nice and litle bit borin' I had to go to school everyday @ 10:00 for practise of choir because Im in a sinior choir and we've got one mouth to fix our voices.
Jeah, I missed my friends a lot because they are my only friends I have.At home I'm just a lonely guy with no friend cause a lot of friend I thought I have they are smokin' weed and drinkin' and when they are in trouble I also get in trouble for things I didn't do.
So thats why I missed my homies during the holiday.
MY PLAN/S FOR THIS TERM.
My plans are to study more and improve everything that I did wrong and promise my self no to repeat the mistakes I did last term.Because last term I did bad things to my classmate but you can't repeat mistakes every time unless you do it on perpose.Thats is my aim for this term and the followin' terms.

These Bruises
We do not talk about them, these bruises: the ink stains on my fingers, or the marks she left on my neck.  You do not ask me about those photographs: the smiles that remember caresses, the averted-gaze-embraces.  But I wear them – the memories and the marks – and I think you know tha...

Clans names and their role in creating a positive self esteem.
I have observed with interest people's contributions on the history of their clan names on the projects wall. It is said that it is important for a person to know his or her own past in order to be able to make proper plans for his/her future. Knowing oneself contributes to a positive self esteem. A...
