depression

Depression is "an illness, that involves your body, your mood and your thoughts. Some people have different forms of depression,I may not know the different forms of depression but I have heard about it and that it is a very serious problem.16% of South African people suffer from depression.

As a teenager I also went through this,my mom fell ill and I did not know what I would do without her as a result of that I started too become sad and angry at myself. I suffered a lot because I did not talk to anyone about it because I was to scared to do so,I worried to much and bottled it up inside and became ill.I did not eat for days on end and my family members started to worry. They talked to me and told me that everything would be okay.

And in the end everything was fine,my mom is now happy and healthy and I'm happy now I got over my depression.Talk is the best!

drugs

Scheepers Levirn & Booysen Chantel

Drugs are harmful to the body, and causes damage to the brain.drugs make people do crazy things and steal things from their families and other people around them. Drugs make people do bad things e.g. kill, rape and changes a persons eating habits and his/her attitude. A person also loses a lot of weight .and your relationship towards people will change.

Drugs could kill you if you overdose yourself,it damages your internal organs e.g.liver,brain,lungs,your skin etc.

People who stay around people who use drugs should help them or send them to rehab, they are also people so care about them don’t make them feel left out.Dont give them money to buy the drugs that they use to get high.

People, should look out for the signs of drug usage and prevent them, prevention is better then cure!

These Bruises
We do not talk about them, these bruises: the ink stains on my fingers, or the marks she left on my neck.  You do not ask me about those photographs: the smiles that remember caresses, the averted-gaze-embraces.  But I wear them – the memories and the marks – and I think you know tha...

Clans names and their role in creating a positive self esteem.
