Depression

 Depression, first of all i feel like my life has changed and turned into something that i dont know, but i realise that if i keep on thinking abt this the more i feel the pain in my heart , i told myself that things like this happen to any one because things like that is something that i have to face in life, life is life, life is difficult for someone who doesnt care about other people, because if i cannot help myself, who will? Sometimes i think philosophy about life

Diseases

 Diseases kill almost 1000 000 people in South Africa each and every year, diseases spread in a way that you would not understand especially in rural areas because of un educated people, in rural areas people are sleeping together without using condom, sometimes they dont know anything about this diseases because they are not educated how to protect yourself against these diseases, this is the way that the diseases spread.
