CM Vellem Farewell

It was a great day on Friday enjoyed myself very much.Everything was great accept for the food I felt they could have done better.I was very nervous when it was my time to go and make a speech I had already prepared one but I just spoke from the heart.I did feel nervous but because my teachers trusted me nothing could go wrong that's what I thought.

Then onMomday we went to the beach in Port Alfred I had a great time the water was great.It didn't take us that long to get there ,everything was great I had a fun time withj my classmates.If I had to do it again I would do it no matter what.

The Highs and lows of 2013

What were your best moments in 2013?
My best miment is seing a picture of myself in the Grocotts paper and the outings I have been during the year like going to East London.

What were your worst moments this year?
My worst moment was when on the second term this year when my marks dropped.

What would you like to have done better?
I would have liked to have improved on some activities we have been doing through out the year.

What are your expectations for grade 10 in 2014?
I expect to make new trieds not that I will no longer be friends with my other, friends because I hear high school is no child's play.I don't expect things to go smoth because I know life has highs and lows.

My Rhodes Experience

What do you think of the work that the Rhodes students have done with you?
I think they have been doing such good work I am greatful to them I mean they gave up their time to come and work with us.

What is your favourite thing that the Rhodes student have done?
My favourite thing is the posters and the pamphlets.

Have you learnt anything with the Rhodes students?
Yes,I think because of the blogs I am able to write creatively.

What do you think about the video?
I think it was wonderful they have done such an amazing job.

Would you like Rhodes students to come back next year/
I would like them to come back but I won't be here next year so they will be dealing with new faces.

My future

What do you want to be when you finish school?Why?

When I finish school I would like to do media like be a T.V and radio presenter,do magazines and all sorts of media.

Will you need to go to university?

I think I will need to go to university I mean we all need to go to university at some point.

Who helps you achieve your dreams?

Basically all the positive people in my life help me get better in life.

Who has inspired you to be what you want to be when you finish school?

I am inspired by Oprah Winfery she has achieved so much in life and she helps the needy people.

Grahamstown is my home town.

What are your favourite places in Grahamstown?

The Museum and the Universuty of Rhodes.

Which sights did you visit in Grahamstown already?

I have visited somany places like the hospital and Rhodes University.

Would you like to stay here? If not, where would you move to?

I would like to move to Joburg because the are so many oppotunities there.

What are you planning for the future here in Grahamstown?Would you like to study or get a proffessional training here?

If I had the opportunity to go and study at Rhodes University I would go for it.(image not found).
