IN MANDELA’S WHAT I FIND ATTRACTIVE IS THAT HIS COLOURS AREBRIGHT;COLOURFUL;BEAUTIFUL. AND THE RED REMINDS ME OF RED ROSES.AND THE BROWISH COLOUR REMINDS ME OF BLACK PEOPLE LIKE NELSON MANDELA.

The word peace means many things like forgiveness.

When you say that you forgive someone it means that you have made peace with someone.

Love and peace means the same in my words because when you made peace with someone you end up loving them and being humble to them.

EATING FRUIT WITH YOGHURT THAT IS VERY HEALTHYAND EATING VEGETABLES,CEREALS,DRINKING WATER,AND EATING OTHER HEALTHY THINGS THAT WILL MAKE YOU TO BE FIT AND STRONG AT THE SAME TIME.

AWESOME TYPE OF FOOD

THEY ARE FRIED CHIP,WHICH IS NOT HEALTHY AT ALL BECAUSE IT COULD MAKE YOU TO HAVE HEART BURN. SO AWESOME FOOD IS NOT RIGHT IF YOU OVER DO IT.

Roy is are runner from Limpopo and he came to tell us about getting fit and playing sports .He said when you play sports you can even concentrate well in class and you wont fall asleep in class so playing sport is good for your body and your mind as well. It does not matter if you play individual sport or as a team but sport is very important because if you had stress you would forget if you play sport it does not matter which sport .
