What Peace day mean to me

Love of peace that I have to share with all. How to go about my world peace day? My life and my environment are the two places I could change. In terms of my environment since there are teen girls and boys that I smoking. I would try and educate them to see the better life. More like I could be a motivation speaker for the day. This could take place to shops around my community. Why I am saying that because most of these boys sit in shops all day. So that is my target place. In my speaking I could motivate them to learn to get a good and healthy job. As tatu’MANDELA said in 1994 in Petoria ,“ EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCSESS AND IT IS A POWERFUL TOOL TO USE AGAINST ALL HUMAN KIND.” I will look at this opportunity in two different ways the good way and the bad way. Because its life. Changing people’s habits it is not easy because of their back ground. So that will give me a good idea of how to be open and not judge others by their wrong doings and false. We all know no one is perfect. But every one needs to learn in their mistakes

Peace of the world Tomorow

What ever life gives you,

Even if it hurts you

Just be strong and act

Like you’re okay

.remember strong wall shake but never collapse.

Appreciate those who you love

Help you

Those who need you

Forgive those who hurt you

Forget those who leave you.

That will bring harmony and dignity.

Life will always keep knocking but it won’t knock us down

If we unity

And bring peace to the bright world of tomorrow

Peace

Peace

Peace its one of the greatest things we ever had. Peace makes people to unity, love and peace brings harmony to the world.

What I can say it’s that the person you took for granted to day may turn out to be a person you would need tomorrow .be careful how you treat people. Create peace and you won’t have to worry about anything.

If we have peace you won’t have to live your life for anyone but you’re self. Now I am here saying as Lwandile nyathi, weak people revenge, strong people forgive intelligent people ignore. And please people know that before you act, listen, before you react, think, before you spend earn .before you pray forgive. Than create peace

Healthy Eating Habits

GOOD EATING HABITES AND BAD EATING HABITES

Good food gives you the long and healthy life. but my good food that I think gets me going is fruit every day. As they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

VEGETABLES and MIKE is one thing I can’t go to sleep with out. Because it keeps my blood fresh and helps me think. Vega and milk helps a lot when you are a rugby player. MIKE helps our bones to grown and be strong while the Vega helps our blood to flow and helps with our thinking.

A talk by Rooi

MOTIVETION TALK BY ROY

Roy really motivated me. He said that nothing would just happen you need to work your way up. That life is not easy out there because the is always that young person that is working two time more that you. So that is enough motivation to work really hard to be out there making every thing happen.

THE POWER OF PLANNING

He said that every person must plane. So that each and every thing they do they must always know there is that time to work on what you need or love that is why we are having periods at school to stay awake that there is that time for maths or for NS. SAME AS THERE IS THAT TIME FOR WORKOUT DO OUR RUNNING OR OUR RUGBY AT THAT POINT OF TIME.

TEAM SPORT

To all those who are playing team sport must always have a way to talk to other people. That is one way that you can make friends not being rude and have that point that im the best. Because being the best was never the point being the love of team was the point of being the best. NO ONE IS THE BEST IN A TEAM SPORT.THE POINT THAT YOU ALL MADE A SAME TEAM MEANS ALL OF YOU ARE THE BEST.

WHY WE SHOULD PLAY SPORT

YOU ARE GOING TO BE FIT

YOU WILL MAKE FRIENDS

OUR MINDS WILL THINK POSITVE

WE ARE GOING TO STAY OUT OF DRUGS /SMOKING

YOU WONT GET SOME DISEASES

AND YOU WILL ENJOY LIFE

PLAY THE SPORT YOU LOVE

.

ALWAYS MAKE TIME

DO NOT GIVE UP

FIGHT FOR WHAT YOU WANT OR NEED

THEY CAN KEEP KNOCKING BUT THEY WONT KNOCK YOU DOWN NO LOVE LOST NO LOVE FOUND.

These Bruises
We do not talk about them, these bruises: the ink stains on my fingers, or the marks she left on my neck.  You do not ask me about those photographs: the smiles that remember caresses, the averted-gaze-embraces.  But I wear them – the memories and the marks – and I think you know tha...

Clans names and their role in creating a positive self esteem.
I have observed with interest people's contributions on the history of their clan names on the projects wall. It is said that it is important for a person to know his or her own past in order to be able to make proper plans for his/her future. Knowing oneself contributes to a positive self esteem. A...
