depression

depression is ''an illness that involves your body, your mood and your thoughts.it effects the way you eat and sleep, the way you feel about yourself, and the way you think about things and the world.depression is not the same as ordinary, every day blues or sadness that we all feel sometimes,it is not a sign of weakness, and it can not be wished away.people with depression cannot just ''pull themselves together'' and get better.without treatment symptoms can last for a week, months or a year.
