healthy eating habits

i like eating healthy food everytime. in the morning i eat cerial after that i drink coffe with some biscuits after i just have some apple and yoghut thats what i call a healthy breakfast.in lunch time i have sandwhich,snack,juice and banana.for supper i have healthy meal with rice,chicken,lamb,brocol,carrots,betroot and drink juice and have some puding. thats what a call healthy eating habits.eating healthy food is good for your body muscles and its protects you from many deases out there.when you not eating healthy food yourbody will not be strong enough to do sport or other things that you suppose to be doing so you better stay eating healthyfood each and everyday. when you eat healthy food you dont get sick easly because you eat healthy food.stay away from junk food because its not healthy at all.LETS STAY HEALTHY AND EAT HEALTHY FOOD EACH AND EVERYDAY
