IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO EAT HEALTHY.IF WE DON’T EAT HEALTHY WE CAN END UP BECOMING OVERWEIGHT AND HAVING HEALTH PROBLEMS.

TO STAY HEALTHY, EVERYONE MUST EAT A BALANCED DIET OF NUTRITIOU FOOD.

WE NEED CARBOHYDRATES BECAUSE THEY GIVE US ENERGY.WE NEED FRUIT AND VEGETABLES BECAUSE THEY GIVE US VITAMINS AND MINERALS OUR BODIES NEED TO STAY HEALTHY,WE ALSO NEED PROTEINS TO HELP BUILD NEW CELLS AND TISSUES IN OUR BODIES AND WE MUST NOT EAT TOO MUCH FATS OILS AND SWEETS.
