Mary Water Cheerleadring Squad

On 2013 Mary Waters learners come up with cheerleading squad and i joined the group coz i lke cheering and i enjoy being a cheerleader. On 4th of May 2013 we went to Port Elizabeth to support our teams there soccer,rugby,netball and hockey we had a great time there the team won but hockey did win we were disappointed but we all took it that they have won.I do really enjoy cheerleading squad

A short story

WATERFALLS
One day me and my family we were camping. one morning when i woke up i walked few steps an i saw a beautiful waterfall and it was surrounded by beautiful flowers and it had a rainbow over it. I wanted swim and went to swim it was great to swim in waterfall but waterfalls are dangerous waterfalls can kill you and i wish to see the the waterfall again and am happy that i saw a waterfall


I like waterfall they are beautiful and i like the way the are.

depression

Depression is feeling sad,stressed or unloved or not taken seriously,feeling lonely which you lock in,leads to "Depression".The sensation usually passes after talking to someone...The symptoms are morning sickness,Fatigue,loss or energy,feeling worthless or guilty almost everyday,finding it hard to focus,sleeping all day,thinking of suicide {just fearing death}...weight loss or gain

Causes are are abuse,suicided or baby is born.
Ways to fight depression exercise,dance or jog eat and stay healthy .identify trouble but dont dwell on them,watch movies "funny" look at the bright side

People who are likely to get depression:old stressed women or men...prevention of depression not holding on to something and talking to someone [IT'S HARD WE KNOW BUT TRY]
