My favourate game is umdudla, its easy.You get to run along.In mdudla u do alot of diffarent styles to play,u can jump,go down,spin and spring around.Umdudla helps you to exercise if you don't jog it can help you.In this game you run around ,and also can make you sweaty and tired,but still it makes your body healthy, fit and strong.All you need is a ball or plastric and paper wet one.

mince and spagetti

I love mince and spagetti and I can also prepare it,its very yummy and very easy.I would like to share the ingrediants.
INGREDIANTS:PASTA,MINCE,SALT,OIL,WATER,PEPPERS,CARROTS,ONION AND SAUCES.
HOW TO PREPARE PASTA:You boil the pasta,a spoon of oil,a tea spoon salt,let it boil for 3minutes. After 3min,take a filter and pour the pasta and drain the water,take some cold water rinse it pour it in the pot and put it back then light your stove put it on heat 3,wait until its firm and its done.
HOW TO PREPARE MINCE:Pour some oil in a pan,chop some onions, green pepper and a beefstock,let the onion fry. When its right,fry the mince give it a little time to fry pour your sauces, but not any kind of sauces only tomato,soya and chutney. You can use cheese for topping it up. VOILA!!!!! your perfect dish.

my african favourate dish is''UMGQUSHO''.Umgqusho is very amazing specialy when its cooked by my mother.she makes very tastey.many people say the dish makes you take out fart,but i still like the dish.The dish makes me feel amazing,anegetic and it makes me amazing things come with ideas to make my school popular.
It makes me proud our perfect rainbownation.where ourgreat grandfathers used too eat during the struggle and its not my only favourate dish mphokoqo is too but ''umgqusho'' is the most wonderful dish.iknow it has a lot of starch but i still love it anyway.
