My favourite AFRICAN FOOD

MY FAVOURITE AFRICAN FOOD

My best african food is samp with beans

I like the food because it's healthy,it has starch and it store alot of energy.

the best way to cook it:

  1. soak it with hot water,for 2hr
  2. wash it well
  3. after washing it then you can cook it
  4. you have to cook it until the samp and beans are soft
  5. you put salt and if you want it to be tasteful you can put your spicies.

YHUMMMMMmmm.
