Quotes by Tata Madiba

Let the strivings of us all, prove Martin Luther King Jr.to have been correct, when he said that humanity can no longer be tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war.Let the efforts of us all, prove that he was not a mere dreamer when he spoke of the beauty of genuine brotherhood and peace being more precious than diamond or silver or gold.Let a new age dawn.

I chose this quote because it is a message to all of us as the people of South Africa not to lose hope as long as we got him on our side. That he will be standing tall creating miracles just for his people to be able to speak for themselves and not to be judged by other people of different races so his people can be able to say 'this is my place i own it'

Poem for Peace

Peace is a word we all need to share

in life, peace is a word that you cant see

with your naked eye.Peace is the word that

everybody need to have in life in order

for us all to live long lives.Peace means to

have faith,loving,caring,sharing and

forgeting bad stuff that people have

done to you and just forgive them.

Peace is a gift that everyone has been given

by our GOD to do good things and see what

bad things he/she has done.

In life you got to be a PEACE MAKER just

for yourself so god can even point you

and say this is my child.

I eat healthy food because i want to gain strength and focus on what i am doing.
The kind of food that i eat are fruit, vegetable and drink a lot of water and other stuff that is healthy. To get active on the sport i play you need to have energy and be fresh so that is why i must eat healthy food and exercise every single day.I eat heathy food most of the time when i wake up in the morning, and also i watch what i must eat and not.The food that i must not eat are these stuff who makes you fat, like i eat meat but not most of the time.

These Bruises
We do not talk about them, these bruises: the ink stains on my fingers, or the marks she left on my neck.  You do not ask me about those photographs: the smiles that remember caresses, the averted-gaze-embraces.  But I wear them – the memories and the marks – and I think you know tha...

Clans names and their role in creating a positive self esteem.
I have observed with interest people's contributions on the history of their clan names on the projects wall.
