Depression is an illness,that involves your body ,your mood and your thoughts.It affects the way you eat and sleep and the way you feel about yourself.People with depression cannot just pull themselves together and get better.Without treatment symptoms can last for weeks,months,or years.
There are different types of depression,one is that a person with major depression feels very sad and down.Their mood is swopped with high excitment.Not everyone who is deprssed will have the same symptoms,some only have few,others have many.
